Continuing my gouache experiments, I was pretty happy with the way this one turned out. I gave it to my daughter-in-law when she told me how much she liked it and would love to hang it on her wall. Now she can. That’s one of the best by-products of a passion for painting…being able to share my vision with others.

I so agree, Jana, the photo didn’t do it justice. I guess it didn’t pick up the subtle lights and shading and colors. that your painting did. I keep going back to look at it and to enjoy all of that. It is just stunning.

Thanks so much Annie. You always say the nicest things…that you would go back and look at it again…so special. Thank you!

I go back, Jana, to taste it, again. I not only enjoy Going Back to special work by you guys, but I learn so much, as I have said before. If I can find it on Face Book I would like to SAVE it–now that they give us this new option.

I do the same thing with my favorites! I save stuff in FB and also take screenshots and save them to my pictures so I can study them. This painting was on my FB too.

Good. Maybe I can find it. Was it a May, 2018 painting or earlier, do you remember??
