A sunny morning, two bowls of lemons and a vase of hydrangeas. What could be better than sunshine and happy summer colors. The series of digital still life paintings I’ve been posting were done last summer while my kitchen was being remodeled and I was using my studio as my living space so it was easier to paint digitally than on canvas.
It also meant that during the remodeling months from June to October my life was so crazy I didn’t really have time or mental bandwidth to post to my blog, hence finally playing catch-up now.

Thanks C-Marie! You’re so wonderful to leave me such nice comments. I wish I could paint this lively and fresh in natural media…there’s something about digital that gives me that freedom.
And yes, the digital art is available (as fine art prints of course) and can be printed on watercolor paper, smooth fine art paper or even canvas. I have a wonderful printer who does amazing work. I’m going to have some of my favorites printed and framed for myself. I sometimes just print them myself on my home printer and pin them to the wall in the studio. Do you have your paintings online?

Oh no, I do not have anything online….do not even belong to any social media….just paint for myself…..am 75 and enjoy the entertainment of it.
Is there a link to the digital art that you have for sale….would be fun to see.

They are all available and there will be more posted in the next few days. If there’s one you’ve seen you like, just let me know which one and what size you’d like it and I’ll let you know the price.

I very much like Sunday Morning Table with fruit and flowers……maybe 9×12….what paper do you recommend? And do you do paypal? Thank you. C-Marie

Yes, Paypal is fine and I’ll check with my printer tomorrow to get the price for a 9×12 and see what paper he recommends. I usually have him make my prints on watercolor paper but I’m guessing he’ll recommend a smoother paper for digital art. Let’s continue this conversation by email. Please email me at janabouc@gmail.com and I’ll reply there with pricing and you can provide your mailing address, etc. Thanks!!!
