Lamy Safari pen and ink with crayon in Aquabee sketchbook
This week’s EDM challenge is to draw your exercise equipment so here’s my LeMond RevMaster spinning bike which I like very much. I probably would have been better off riding it than drawing it tonight…or just going to bed. I started the drawing four times, but kept running out of room on the page. I finally got most of it on the page and then made the mistake of coloring it with Caran D’Arche Neocolor wax crayons (yuck).

I like this one – I think the wax crayons quite suit it.

What a complex subject to sketch — and to enjoy!!! GREAT JOB, Jana !!! And the colors are terrific! My sister LOVES spinning — these machines KILL my thighs …! SUPER SUPER JOB on both the sketch AND the use of this machine!

Good greif Jana, what a machine. Think my walking is enough for me too. Havent had time to visit for a while but enjoyed it all.Very well done as usual.

For the record, I am heartened to find someone else who “falls off the page”. I do that all the time … nice to have company “on the edge”. 🙂 Anyway – you did a terrific job with this and I think the colours are super! Cheers! Mary Ellen
